Nom nom chocolate marble!

Us girls gathered again from all corners of Manila for a sleepover that last holiday, November 30. At midnight, I ordered my usual Mcdonald’s delivery to console myself for being too late to make a last order at BonChon that night. (I even ran. #tears) The next day, the girls also made me feel better by eating at Pancake House to satisfy my other constant craving - waffles (which only worsened after the one over at Starbucks didn’t make up for it. Heehee. Choosy.) Happy tummies!

I think we spent more time together in just these few months than the past couple of years. I’ll miss being complete again because it’s Erika’s turn to go to Singapore for the NUS exchange program next year. So excited for her! :)

Mmm.. Craving for pan chicken and a chocolate marble waffle again now.

Together Again

The last time we were complete was exactly one year ago for Bea Fab’s 19th. Now, she’s 20 years old, which we’ll all be in a few months. It’s almost terrifying how fast time flies. And to think we’ve known each other practically our entire lives! Anyway, we had our traditional sleepover at her place last Tuesday! We first met up for an afternoon of gift shopping and What’s Your Number. Then Erika, Elle and I, as driver of the day (I love driving Bea’s Jazz), brought Bea to the Magic 89.9 station.

While she was on air from 10pm-2am, the three of us waited patiently at Starbucks, Tiendesitas. When we got back to Bea’s place at three in the morning, Elle realized she left her notes for her exam the next morning at Tiende. So I willingly drove us all there and back. We ended up sleeping at sunrise. There were early goodbyes the next day though, because while they were on sembreak, I had midterms (we represent all the three schools). I miss them already. Looking forward to seeing them again for Christmas or my birthday!

Of diary entries and dusty photographs

To celebrate Bea Fab’s birthday, B.E.B.E. naturally planned a get-together! They’re all on sem break. Not me, unfortunately. Bea and Elle study in UP, while Erika in Ateneo. (Thanks, La Salle. Haha.)

Originally, it was just supposed to be half a day out. It’s been since May since we’ve been complete though so we pushed for a sleepover at the last minute. Sleepovers, I think we’ll still have them until we grow old. It’s BEBE tradition!

First day, we saw The Other Guys. (Soupy but hilarious!) Then it was dinner at Gerry’s Grill (after we got lost in the mall). Later that night, I barely got to sleep because I crammed two papers. Heehee. Before that though, we all dramatically reminisced the past years we had together with tweener diary entries, letters and old photographs! Cheesy.

Second day, we were supposed to watch Social Network. We missed the first few minutes though so we decided to see Piranha instead. (It was a bloodbath! First time in my life I couldn’t take brutal scenes.) That day, we also passed by Taft where I let them try the glorious nai cha, considered as a staple on campus. :)

This is us through the years. Elle (Follow her awesomeness) compiled it last year after Bea F’s 18th. We always wonder who’d get married first. Haha. What a thought. I love them to itsy bitsy pieces! :)
